Elite Performance Coach
The Elite Performance Coach lives in the bottom-right corner of every authenticated dashboard view. Tap the floating spark icon to start a conversation about motivation dips, discipline systems, or how to complete your goals faster. The coach pairs your live goal data with evidence-based frameworks to keep momentum high.
What makes it different?
- Always on: the launcher stays visible so you can get feedback mid-work session without leaving the page.
- Control inbox: an adaptive Perceived Control Theory inbox watches your streaks, engagement, and velocity in real time. When the error between target and actual execution grows, the coach raises an alert, offers quick actions (log today, ask for help), and celebrates streak momentum when you are ahead.
- Multi-tool hub: the bottom tabs let you switch between team feedback, timers, and live coaching in a single overlay.
- Persistent focus timers: run Pomodoro or custom blocks with sound and visual alerts that continue across navigation.
- Science-backed replies: every answer references the seven frameworks below to diagnose COM-B gaps, SDT needs, and habit loops.
- Personalised context: the coach reads your active goals, completion percentage, and saved clarifications before advising.
- Action-first output: responses start with a quick diagnostic, then provide 2-3 concrete interventions (labelled by the framework they support) and end with an accountability prompt.
- Secure feedback pipeline: every submission is sanitised and sent straight to
team@goaliath.online with your account context. - Premium reinforcement: if you are inside the 5 day trial or close to renewal, the coach suggests upgrading to keep elite accountability (never ads).
- Hideable: use the panel actions to snooze it for the session or remove it entirely, then re-enable any time from your profile.
- Guided navigation: when deeper data will help, the coach can open the right dashboard page (Performance, Goals, Insights, Tools) for you.

How to use it
- Tap the spark launcher labelled Elite Performance Coach. The hub opens on the Feedback tab with a fast snapshot of your active goals and behavioural insights.
- Use the bottom navigation to choose what you need:
- Inbox: review control-loop alerts, celebrate streaks, and take quick actions when the coach detects you are off-target (log today’s work, jump into a recovery plan, or request help with a single tap).
- Feedback: share praise, bugs, or feature ideas. Messages are sanitised and emailed to
team@goaliath.online so the humans can respond quickly. - Timers: run Pomodoro (25/5) rounds, stack multiple sessions, or add custom focus blocks with audio and visual alerts that persist across page changes.
- Coach: chat with the AI performance partner for motivation diagnosis, ritual design, or quick navigation to the right dashboard view.
- On the Feedback tab, include context about the goal or workflow you are improving. Suspicious payloads are stripped automatically before they reach the team.
- On the Timers tab, set your rounds (1-8) and optional custom blocks. Start the sequence to keep the timer running even if you close the panel or browse to another page.
- On the Coach tab, ask anything about motivation, discipline, or performance rituals. Example prompts:
- “Diagnose why I keep skipping deep work on my SaaS launch.”
- “Design a pre-training ritual that reinforces competence and opportunity.”
- “Help me build a weekly accountability loop around my marathon goal.”
- The coach streams its reasoning in real time. Tool statuses appear above the chat, and it can call
list_user_goals_overview or deep-link you to another dashboard view when needed. - Use the panel actions to snooze or disable the hub. Re-enable it from Profile > Elite Performance Coach any time. Conversations persist per user so you can pick up where you left off.
- Confirm clarifications when prompted to store durable behavioural insights (capability, autonomy, motivation, etc.).
Safety and privacy
- The coach only accesses your own goals, completion data, and stored clarifications. It never shares other members’ information.
- Harmful, medical, or financial requests are declined. Suspicious content is sanitised automatically.
- Clarifications are limited to 16 so the model remains focused. Delete a clarification by contacting support or clearing the thread.
