Calendar
Turn intentions into scheduled commitments. Sync key actions to your calendar to protect time and reduce decision friction.
How to Use
- Connect your calendar or wearable provider.
- From Goals or Today's Actions, schedule time-blocks.
- Review conflicts and adjust durations to fit your day.
Dashboard Calendar Priority
The dashboard week view shows the most specific scheduled item for each goal in a given time block, so you don't see stacked duplicates.
- To-dos override action steps, action steps override goal steps, and goal steps override goal sessions.
- If nothing lower-level is scheduled for that time, the goal session stays visible.
Calendar AI Copilot
When you open the Calendar page, CalendarAI runs a quick health check (next 72 hours) to spot overlaps, overbooked days, missing buffers, or long stretches without breaks. If it finds pressing issues, the copilot opens automatically with suggested fixes.
- Toggle Auto-open on issues beside the Calendar AI button if you want to pause proactive launches.
- Use the callout banner to review the top issues and open the copilot manually if you dismissed it.
Sync Google, Microsoft & Fitbit
Open the calendar dashboard and use the connect buttons to authorise Goaliath. We'll redirect you back once each integration is ready.
- Google Calendar: Imports your existing events so plan changes reflect real commitments. Once connected you can run an on-demand sync whenever you need.
- Microsoft Calendar: Mirrors Goaliath focus blocks inside Outlook and Teams so the whole day stays aligned.
- Fitbit: Shares activity, recovery, sleep, and nutrition insights. After connecting, use Sync Fitbit on the Calendar page to pull recent activities. We surface trends to help you pace focus blocks and protect recovery windows.
Remove Synced Events
Need to undo a bulk sync? Use Remove Synced Eventsnext to the Google or Microsoft button. We delete every Goaliath-generated block within your selected date range (including Todos, Action Steps, and custom focus sessions) so your calendars stay tidy. Filters in the sync menu apply to removals too.
Scientific Rationale
- Implementation Intentions: “At 9am in my office, I will do X.” Scheduling cements if-then cues that drive follow-through.
- COM-B (Opportunity): Time-blocks create the environmental opportunity to act.
