Reminder Settings

Configure reminders once so key prompts arrive at the right time.

3-gate setup

  1. Choose whether you want reminders enabled.
  2. Choose delivery channel: email, push, or both.
  3. In Delivery destinations, tap Enable push on this device on the phone (or device) where you want push alerts, then allow the browser permission prompt.
  4. Push can be enabled on multiple devices. Sign in on each phone or computer where you want alerts, then enable push on that device too.
  5. Choose exact reminder types and daily delivery hour.

What is included

  • Identity reminder support via email, push, or both.
  • Weekly review summary with completion signals and evidence recap.

Common fixes

  • No email received: check reminder toggle, send hour, and spam folder.
  • No push received: open Profile > Reminder Settings, tap Enable push on this device on the relevant phone or computer, and confirm permission is allowed in browser/app settings.
  • New device prompt appears after sign-in: this is expected. Goaliath can offer a one-time push setup prompt the first time you use a new device or browser with your account.
  • If browser push stays unreliable on Android, install the Goaliath app from Google Play and enable push there instead. Your desktop login and Android login use the same account.
  • Most push reminders open the most relevant action page when tapped, such as journal entry, weekly review, calendar, or the related goal.
  • Push notifications can use different preview images depending on the reminder type, such as journal, review, or daily-action prompts.
  • Push shows a blank icon: refresh the app once after an update so the latest Goaliath notification branding is cached on your device.
  • If push visuals look stale after an update, re-enable push on the device once so the latest notification service worker is registered.
  • Wrong delivery time: confirm your profile time zone.
