Core Workflow

This is the default Goaliath loop: plan, execute, review, and adjust.

Who this is for

Users setting a new goal or rebuilding consistency after a drift week.

Step-by-step

  1. Start in Dashboard Focus to see one item for today: active now first, then nearest upcoming.
  2. Read the short rationale and calm reminder in Focus, then start the task or use Next task when available.
  3. Create a clear goal with a measurable outcome in Goal Planner.
  4. Review generated steps and edit anything unrealistic.
  5. Move today's highest-value items into Today's Actions.
  6. Time-block focus sessions in Calendar.
  7. Log evidence and review Performance at the end of the week.

What good looks like

  • Your daily list stays at 3-5 must-do items.
  • You complete at least one planned focus block most days.
  • You adjust scope when planned time is repeatedly missed.

Progress Pulse counts

  • Yesterday shows completed todos, action steps, and high-level steps from your local midnight-to-midnight window.
  • This week shows totals from Monday 00:00 in your local timezone up to now.
  • This month shows totals from the first day of the month in your local timezone up to now.
