  1. Open Today's Actions and tell the agent what living on your terms means today.
  2. The agent reads your selected steps, to-dos, lessons, mental models, and latest journal reflections.
  3. If you have a North Star, it is shown in the chat panel and used as a standing alignment anchor for the day's recommendations.
  4. You get a personalized daily execution synopsis with likely blockers and practical if-then responses.
  5. Continue the chat to adjust for constraints, energy, and new information as your day unfolds.
