Squads
Squads are private, invite-only accountability groups designed for focused weekly execution.
Who this is for
Members who want small trusted groups for shared progress, accountability, and support.
How squads work
- Each squad has an owner who controls invites and roster changes.
- Squad size is intentionally small (typically 2-10 members).
- Owners must be in an accepted trusted connection with someone before inviting them.
- Members join only through directed invites to verified account email.
- Invites expire and must be accepted before membership activates.
- Members can optionally share their today plan with squadmates using an on/off toggle and task-level selection.
- There is no public squad directory or open join flow.
Weekly rhythm
- Owner sends trusted connection requests where needed, then directed invites.
- Members share progress evidence after major work sessions.
- Members can turn on Share Today Plan and select only the tasks they want visible.
- Team runs a weekly ritual: wins, blockers, and next commitments.
- Owner adjusts cadence or membership as needed.
Common issues and fixes
- Invite blocked by trust rule: send a trusted connection request first.
- Invite not received: confirm recipient uses the same verified account email.
- Invite expired: owner should send a fresh invite from squad page.
- Don't want task visibility: switch Share Today Plan off or unselect tasks.
- Low participation: reduce squad size and tighten weekly commitments.
