Lessons

Capture useful ideas once, then reuse them during daily execution.

Who this is for

Members who want less decision friction and stronger strategy recall.

Step-by-step

  1. Create a lesson with title, summary, and source.
  2. Open Mentor Library if you want AI-generated lesson ideas from a public figure.
  3. Tag it clearly so it can be found by search later.
  4. Filter by lesson type to surface what you need quickly.
  5. Reuse high-value lessons during goal planning and reflection.
  6. Review and prune outdated lessons weekly.

Access rules

  • Free Basic keeps your manual lessons library available.
  • Mentor Library AI generation and persona suggestions are part of Goaliath Full System.
  • On Free Basic, pressing those AI buttons opens the subscription modal instead of generating new mentor content.

What good looks like

  • Lesson titles are specific and action-oriented.
  • Each lesson has one clear usage context.
  • Frequently useful lessons are easy to find and reused often.

Common issues and fixes

  • Cannot find a lesson: simplify tag naming and remove duplicates.
  • Too many vague entries: rewrite titles as specific outcomes.
  • No behavior change: link lessons to concrete daily actions.
